Booking Cancellation Policy for Hdsuphairbeauty At Hdsuphairbeauty, we value your time and ours ,which is why we’ve implemented the following cancellations policy for online bookings . 1 .Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure all online bookings .This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your appointment. 2.Cancellation Policy: Appointment: If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before your scheduled time ,your deposit will be forfeited. It will not be refunded. 3.No -Shows or Late Cancellations: If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled time ,your deposit will be fully forfeited. 4.How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made online through the booking platform. Cancellations cannot be processed over the phone ,email or via social media . By booking with us ,you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy .We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ! Thank you !
